Proteas wins toss and bowl against India

South Africa captain, Laura Wolvaardt, won the toss and chose to bowl first in their Women’s World Cup match against India at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Visakhapatnam on Thursday. Rain delayed the start of the match by an hour but no overs have been lost and it remains 50-overs per side.
It is the third match our of seven group games for both teams with South Africa bouncing back strongly from an opening 10-wicket defeat to England with a six-wicket victory against New Zealand while India comfortably swept past Sri Lanka and Pakistan.
