Toulouse thrash Castres but Kinghorn injured

Scotland fullback Blair Kinghorn sustained a knee injury as Toulouse consolidated their grip on the Top 14 with a 52-6 thrashing of local rivals Castres on Saturday.
Kinghorn, who has emerged as the frontrunner for the number 15 shirt for the British and Irish Lions' summer tour of Australia, departed the field in the ninth minute.
The fullback seemingly jarred his knee after gathering a high ball. He attempted to play on after some treatment, but to no avail.
Toulouse, who play Bordeaux-Begles in the Champions Cup semifinals next week, scored seven tries against Castres in an emphatic display.
Dimitri Delibes, Malachi Hawkes, Simon Daroque, Alexandre Roumat, Julien Marchand, Pierre-Louis Barassi and Mathis Castro Ferreira all crossed the whitewash for the home side, Thomas Ramos kicking all the conversions and a penalty for a personal haul of 17 points.
Castres' sole contribution was two penalties by Georgian flyhalf Luka Matkava in his debut for the club.
