Do Bronx secures homecoming victory in style
Popular UFC lightweight star Charles Oliveira added his name to the winning column again after securing an impressive victory over Mateusz Gamrot at UFC Fight Night which was held in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday night.
Do Bronx went into his latest match on the back of a dramatic knockout defeat against reigning UFC Lightweight champion Ilia Topuria, with many fans and pundits surprised by his quick turnaround, given that he fought just 105 days ago.

Nonetheless, it didn’t take long for the submission specialist to work his magic on home soil as he found his way to a second-round rear-naked-choke submission win over Gamrot.
The Brazilian star increased his record for most submission wins in UFC History with 17, while he also has an impressive 21 finishes in his career so far.

“I'm trying to hold back tears right now," Oliveira said after the fight.
“This is all for you guys [the Brazilian fans]. This is not about money, fame or status. This is for Brazil.”
