After hospital stay, Ferrari boss Vasseur at track for Monaco race

Ferrari team chief Fred Vasseur returned to the pit lane Sunday for the Monaco Grand Prix 24 hours after being hospitalised for unspecified reasons, his team told AFP.
"He's here," said a press officer for the Italian team who refused to comment on her boss's condition.

The 58-year-old Frenchman has been at the helm of the team since 2023.
After five races this season, Ferrari sits second in the constructors' standings with 147 points, behind Mercedes which has 219.
Ferrari drivers Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton have yet to win but qualified third and fourth for Sunday's race.
After Saturday's session, Leclerc said Vasseur had stayed involved from a distance.
"Even though he wasn't at the circuit, Fred was very involved in our day. We missed him... but he was there and supported us", the Monegasque driver said.
