With this result, the team celebrates a total of nine wins so far this year, and caps off an impressive week of racing in Greece. In the general classification, they also secured a strong team performance with Marcel Camprubí (6th), Harm Vanhoucke (7th), and Sjoerd Bax (9th) all finishing in the top 10 overall—a testament to the consistency and strength of the riders across five challenging stages.
Matteo Moschetti said: “It was not an easy race today but the team did well to control the break. They did an amazing job to keep controlling the race and the final, I took the wheel of Dylan Groenewegen, and his train. I waited and waited and when he launched his sprint, I launched mine, which was good enough to take the win. I think it’s really good to finish the week like this. It was a nice week for the team, and we won the team classification, so we can now celebrate with everyone.”
Sports Director Daniele Nieri said: “It was an incredible job from the team the whole week, with Matteo winning two stages. With the riders attacking yesterday we also secured three riders in the top 10 GC positions. The staff really did well to get this great result.”
