Syme gains debut win in Amsterdam
Connor Syme held his nerve on Sunday to win the KLM Open to take his maiden European tour title at the 182nd attempt.
The 29-year-old Scot started the final round two shots ahead of Swede Joakim Lagergren with the rest of the field a further four shots back and led by as much as four strokes before winning by two.

"Unbelievable," said Syme, who made his European tour debut in 2017. "I just felt so much better this week, I felt really ready to do it, and I'm so, so happy I managed to do it."
"I suppose you don't really know you can actually do it until you have done it.
Syme padded his lead with a birdie at the second. Lagergren birdied the seventh but bogeyed the ninth before Syme dropped a shot at the 14th - his first bogey in 33 holes, since the 16th on Friday.
Lagergren dropped shots at the 15th and 17th before a consolation eagle at the last.
South Africa's Jayden Schaper finished third at four under after a final round of 69.
