Mir, Holgado to join Ducati-Gresini for 2027

Spaniards Joan Mir and Daniel Holgado will join MotoGP's Ducati-Gresini next year, the Italian team announced on Thursday.
Mir, 28, who has won two world titles, one in MotoGP and another in third-tier Moto3, will move from Honda, having claimed just two podium finishes in four years.

Holgado, 21, will make his MotoGP debut with Gresini after moving from Moto 2.
"We continue to be a team that works to grow season after season, and in 2027 we will do so with two riders in whom we have great faith and whom we are ready to support fully," the team's owner Nadia Padovani said.
"Dani is a profile we have been following for some time, and we are delighted that he can begin his rookie experience with us.
"Joan is a MotoGP world champion: his track record speaks for itself.
"One is at the beginning of his journey, the other aims to rediscover his best feelings and exploit his full potential."
Their current riders, Alex Marquez and Fermin Aldeguer, are set to join KTM and Ducati-VR46 next season.
