SuperSport is gearing up for another electrifying new football season, offering an unparalleled array of global and local competitions, including the Betway Premiership, Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, and Uefa club competitions.

With a line-up designed to thrill every fan, SuperSport is set to deliver an unparalleled viewing experience, bringing the world's biggest leagues and most prestigious tournaments directly to your screens.
 
All the new football season action will be available to DStv Compact subscribers from just R299 a month on DStv Stream, or R419 a month via decoder. This means more people can get to enjoy all their favourite football stars, teams and leagues, all in one place – SuperSport, on DStv.
 
The action explodes as early as 2 August 2025, with the highly anticipated Premier Soccer League (PSL) season kicking off with mouth-watering action from the MTN8 quarterfinals.
 
SuperSport and Showmax Premier League will bring you all the drama from the quarterfinals as Orlando Pirates take on Polokwane City on 2 August, with Sekhukhune United facing TS Galaxy FC on the same day.
 
The action continues on 3 August, with Stellenbosch battling AmaZulu, and Mamelodi Sundowns clashing with Richards Bay.
 
The Betway Premiership will soon follow with what is expected to be a thrilling season, as numerous teams are poised to challenge Mamelodi Sundowns' years of domination.
 
Every single Betway Premiership game, alongside all local South African competitions, will be broadcast live on both SuperSport and Showmax Premier League.
 
But that's just the beginning.

PREMIER LEAGUE
 
SuperSport and Showmax Premier League proudly remain the home of the biggest football league on the planet: the Premier League.
 
The global phenomenon kicks off on 15 August, with champions Liverpool beginning their defence against Bournemouth at Anfield.
 
The weekend's marquee fixture undoubtedly takes place on 17 August at the Emirates, where last season's runners-up Arsenal go head-to-head with rivals Manchester United in a late kick-off.
 
Elsewhere, Manchester City take on Wolves at the Molineux on 16 August, while Club World Cup champions Chelsea face off against Crystal Palace on 17 August.
 
Tottenham Hotspur begin their campaign against newcomers Burnley in what promises to be a thrilling encounter.
 
This season's Premier League fixtures are truly mouth-watering, with several top teams facing tricky starts; Arsenal's opening six games include formidable opponents like Manchester United, Liverpool, Nottingham Forest, Manchester City, Leeds, and Newcastle.
 
Liverpool also face a challenging start with fixtures against Bournemouth, Newcastle, Arsenal, Burnley, Crystal Palace, and Everton in their first six matches.

GLOBAL FOOTBALL
 
The global football feast continues with coverage of Europe's elite, exclusively on SuperSport.
 
The Spanish LaLiga ignites on 15 August, featuring reigning champions Barcelona against Mallorca on 16 August, and Real Madrid facing a tricky test against Osasuna on 19 August.
 
Italy's top flight, the Serie A, kicks off on 23 August, with Italian champions Napoli beginning their title defence away to Sassuolo.
 
AC Milan open their new season against Cremonese on 23 August, Roma take on Bologna on 23 August, Juventus face Parma on 24 August, and Inter Milan meet Torino on 25 August.
