SZOBOSZLAI’S SCREAMER: Forget finesse - this was pure fire!
Three games in, and Liverpool are the only side still perfect — thanks to a moment of magic from Dominik Szoboszlai that lit up Anfield and left Arsenal shell-shocked.
Szoboszlai unleashed a rocket of a free-kick that tore past Ramsdale and handed Liverpool a 1-0 win over Arsenal. It was the first goal the Gunners had conceded all season, and it came from a player who said he “took a risk” with the power. That risk paid off — big time.
It's an incredible free-kick 🤯🤯

Liverpool’s boldness was the difference. While Arsenal played it safe, Klopp’s men chased the win and got it. Three games, three late winners — and now, top of the table. Arsenal, meanwhile, missed their chance to land an early blow in the title race.
CITY’S COSTLY COLLAPSE
Elsewhere, Manchester City’s £300 million makeover is looking more like a mess. A second defeat in three games - this time at Brighton - has Pep Guardiola searching for answers. Despite Haaland’s early strike, City crumbled again, with Rodri admitting the team is making “kids’ mistakes.”
From defensive lapses to midfield misfires, the reigning champions are off the pace. And with Tottenham and Liverpool flying, the pressure is mounting fast.
AMORIM BREATHES AGAIN
No such problems for the red side of Manchester! Ruben Amorim was seconds away from a storm of speculation. With Burnley holding United 2-2 deep into stoppage time, the knives were out. But a VAR-reviewed penalty gave Bruno Fernandes the chance to rescue his manager — and this time, he didn’t miss.
It wasn’t pretty, and United’s defensive frailties remain. But Amorim lives to fight another day, heading into the international break with a much-needed win.
