Turner's extra time heroics seals Australia's win over Blitzboks
Australian replacement Josh Turner scored a golden point try to give Australia a 19-12 final pool win over the Blitzboks.
The South Africans still qualified for the quarterfinals, and it waits to be seen who they will face, but the loss to Australia is the second in two tournaments against the Wallaby 7s.

The Blitzboks will be more than disappointed with their performance, especially as they allowed Australia to turn over the ball at more than one occasion.
An opening try by Impi Visser was negated by Australia’s two Henry’s - Hutchinson and Paterson - who upended the scoring by adding their names to the scoresheet of players able to to change games.

Shilton van Wyk brought the Blitzboks back into play by scoring against the run of play, but it wasn’t enoujgh by the time the fulltime whistle sounded.
The game was forced into overtime, with Australia prevailing against the odds, but both sides will look forward to being able to face alternative enemies in the quarters.
