LaLiga 2025-26 calendar unveiled: El Clasico set for October

The calendars for the 2025-26 LaLiga season have been announced. LaLiga EA SPORTS will kick off the weekend of 17 August and conclude the weekend of 24 May, while the regular season of LaLiga HYPERMOTION will end on Sunday, 31 May. The announcement was made during a joint presentation event with the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), held in San Juan de la Nava (Ávila).

The first ElClasico of the 2025-26 season between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona will take place on Matchday 10 in Madrid during the weekend of 26 October, with the return fixture on matchday 35 in Barcelona during the weekend of 10 May.

The first ElDerbi De Madrid will be played the weekend of 28 September (Matchday 7) at Atlético de Madrid’s Riyadh Air Metropolitano, with the return match on the weekend of 22 March (Matchday 29) at the Santiago Bernabéu.

The Seville derby, ElGranDerbi, will see Sevilla FC face Real Betis on the weekend of 30 November (Matchday 14) at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán, with the return leg on the weekend of 1 March (Matchday 26) at Real Betis’ stadium.

ElDerbi Vasco between Real Sociedad and Athletic Club is scheduled for the weekend of 2 November (Matchday 11) in San Sebastián, with the return leg on the weekend of 1 February (Matchday 22) in Bilbao.

ElDerbi De Barcelona between FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol de Barcelona will take place on the weekend of 4 January (Matchday 18) at the RCDE Stadium, with the return leg on the weekend of 12 April (Matchday 31) at the Spotify Camp Nou.

The Valencia derby between Valencia CF and Levante UD is set for the weekends of 23 November (Matchday 13) and 15 February (Matchday 24), at Mestalla and the Ciutat de València Stadium, respectively.
