South Africa’s golf fans can look forward to a bumper December with back-to-back action.
SOUTH AFRICA YOUNG GUNS HEAD TO MAURITIUS
South Africa’s Robin Williams and 21-year-old Yurav Premlall will lead an exciting group of young rising stars who will finish off their golf year in Mauritius at the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open, which represents an opportunity for all of them to make their next big breakthroughs in a co-sanctioned tournament.

The annual Nedbank Golf Challenge will kick start things for an exciting December with a strong line-up that includes European Ryder Cup captain Luke Donald.
Max Homa will return to defend his title when ‘Africa’s Major’ moves back to its traditional December slot at Gary Player Country Club.
There is also a huge South African contingent led by the Olympic duo of Christiaan Bezuidenhout and Erik van Rooyen.

DUNHILL CHAMPIONSHIP
Straight after the NGC, former Open champion Louis Oosthuizen will seek to become only the third player in the history of the Alfred Dunhill Championship to successfully defend his title when he returns to Leopard Creek from 12-15 December.

The 2024 field represents golfers from eight different countries (US, Republic of Korea, Austria, Australia, England, Scotland, France and Sweden).
The field features six golfers who have combined to win eight major championships – 2022 and 2024 Masters champion Scheffler, 2023 US Open champ Clark, 2023 Open Championship winner Harman, 2017 and 2022 PGA Championship winner Thomas, 2015 PGA Championship winner Day, and 2011 PGA Championship winner Bradley.
