Broos names Bafana squad and makes Morocco confession

Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos has announced his final squad for the upcoming international friendlies against Mozambique and Tanzania, scheduled for 4 and 6 June, respectively.
Broos also confirmed that the team declined an invitation from Morocco to play a friendly match.
The Bafana Bafana squad will be without several key regulars for the upcoming friendlies, presenting an opportunity for new faces to step up.
Among the selected players are two who ply their trade abroad: defender Samukelo Kabini, who is in the books of Molde FK in Norway, and midfielder Luke Le Roux, currently playing of Swiss side IFK Värnamo.
The Bafana Bafana squad features a strong contingent from Orlando Pirates, with nine players earning call-ups, including rising star Simphiwe “Ben 10” Selepe from the club’s DStv Diski Challenge team.
Kaizer Chiefs trio Bruce Bvuma, captain Yusuf Maart, and attacking midfielder Mduduzi Shabalala were included in Hugo Broos’ preliminary squad but failed to make the final cut for the upcoming international friendlies.
