SuperSport brings you every thrilling moment of the TotalEnergies CAF African Nations Championship (Chan) 2024, live from Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda from 2 August to 30 August. Catch South Africa in action as they compete in Group C against Uganda, Algeria, Guinea, and Niger, aiming for continental glory.

SuperSport is thrilled to announce it has secured the broadcast rights for the TotalEnergies CAF African Nations Championship (Chan), Pamoja 2024, bringing one of the continent's most electrifying international football tournaments directly into African homes.

From 2 August to 30 August 2025, prepare for an unparalleled spectacle of skill, passion, and national pride, all available live on DStv and GOtv via SuperSport Variety 4 (South Africa) and SuperSport Africa 1 (Rest of Africa DTH and GOtv platforms).

This edition of Chan is set to make history, being co-hosted by Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.

This groundbreaking arrangement not only marks a significant milestone for the competition but also serves as an exhilarating dress rehearsal for the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations 2027, which will also grace the pitches of these vibrant East African nations.

A total of 19 powerhouse teams will battle for continental glory, including defending champions Senegal, two-time winners Morocco and DR Congo, South Africa, as well as continental giants Nigeria, Algeria, and Zambia.

South Africa finds itself in the intriguing Group C, hosted in Kampala, Uganda. Here, SA's squad of domestic-based stars will face off against co-hosts Uganda, former Afcon champions Algeria, technically gifted Guinea, and experienced Niger.

South Africa is determined to surpass their previous Chan performances and make a powerful statement – consistency will be the key to navigating this compelling group.

The action kicks off with a bang on Saturday, 2 August 2025, in Dar es Salaam, as co-host Tanzania take on Burkina Faso at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium at 7pm(CAT,GMT+2).

The tournament promises non-stop drama and incredible football from start to finish, with key early clashes including Kenya v DR Congo and Morocco v Angola in Nairobi on Sunday, 3 August.

The grand finale is scheduled for Saturday, 30 August 2025, at Nairobi’s Moi International Sports Centre, kicking off at 5pm (CAT, GMT+2), preceded by the Third-Place Playoff in Kampala on Friday, 29 August.

As anticipation reaches fever pitch, fans across Africa and beyond can look forward to a full month of thrilling football.
