The Vodacom Bulls have reshuffled their team ahead of their Carling Currie Cup game against the Fidelity ADT Lions at Ellis Park on Saturday.

The Bulls, who only have a mathematical chance of making the playoffs, have four new players, two positional switches, and one player standing down.

Simphiwe Matanzima, who heads to the Sharks after the Currie Cup, replaces Ruan Swart at loosehead, while Bryan le Roux is in for Jean Erasmus at tighthead.

In the backline, Boeta Chamberlain moves to fifteen with Jaco van der Walt returning at flyhalf, while Chris Barend Smit returns to the 12 jersey and Cornel Smit moves to 13.

The Bulls have stood down Stravino Jacobs with injury in the only other change to the side.

The Lions have selected a virtual URC backline and will be coached by URC coach Ivan van Rooyen, as the Joburg side ramps up their efforts to win the Currie Cup.
