Proteas Women bat first in deciding ODI against Windies

The West Indies Women won the toss and put the Proteas Women in to bat in the deciding CG United women’s ODI at the Three Ws Oval in Cave Hill, Barbados, on Tuesday.
The toss was delayed by 30 minutes due to rain, but the covers came off and no overs have been lost, so a full match is possible if no further rain falls throughout the day.
The series is locked level at one-all after the hosts triumphed in the opener last week Thursday by four wickets on the DLS method, before the visitors bounced back with a strong 40-run win in the second ODI on Saturday.
It is thus all set to for a thrilling finale as both teams go all out to try and clinch the series ahead of the three-match T20I series which gets under way on Friday.
