Kick-off is at 15:00 CAT.

CURRENT FORM

Orbit are not in great shape, remaining winless in their last two matches after back-to-back defeats to Mamelodi Sundowns (2-0) and Siwelele FC (1-0) just before the FIFA break, as their relegation fears increased.

The Mswenko Boys sit 15th on the Betway Premiership table — in the relegation play-off spot — just two points above safety, and a victory against Chiefs would lift them out of the danger zone.

Chiefs, on the other hand, are in strong form, having won their last two league matches against Durban City (1-0) and Magesi FC (2-0) before the recent international window, as they kept their CAF inter-club ambitions on track.

Amakhosi sit fourth in the league, one point behind third-placed AmaZulu, and will move into the top three with a win over Orbit should Usuthu fail to beat Sekhukhune United on Monday.

TEAM NEWS

Kaizer Chiefs will be without suspended Inacio Miguel, along with a lengthy injury list that includes Zitha Kwinika, Rushwin Dortley, George Matlou and Reeve Frosler.

Meanwhile, Orbit College have received a major boost as left-back Thulani Jingana returns from suspension, but Brian Mandela could be a doubt after being substituted in the first-half against Siwelele due to an injury.

WHAT WAS SAID?

Orbit College head coach Pogiso Makhoye

"We need to fight and it’s going to be a long way. Our target is to ensure that in at least five games we get four points," Makhoye said.

"The priority is to make sure we stay in this league."

Kaizer Chiefs co-head coach Cedric Kaze

“We knew why we were in the difficult moment and the important thing was that we stayed calm,” Kaze said.

“We need to keep that temperament and work every day to keep the momentum.”

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Thuso Moleleki, Orbit College: The Orlando Pirates loanee has the joint most goal contributions (two goals, three assists) for Mswenko Boys, along with Mbulelo Wagaba and he will carry their hopes of overcoming in-form Amakhosi.

Mfundo Vilakazi, Kaizer Chiefs: The 20-year-old playmaker is the dangerman, having impressed as an impact player coming from the bench, grabbing a goal and an assist to help Amakhosi secure wins over Durban City and Magesi.
