The 2027 event will mark LIV Golf’s fifth consecutive year in Mexico and the third straight year at Club de Golf Chapultepec, a historic venue that has welcomed tens of thousands of fans this week. Spectators have enjoyed a vibrant blend of elite competition alongside music, food and cultural experiences.

“Mexico City has proven to be an incredible home for LIV Golf’s world‑class events, and our fans continue to embrace the competition, music, culture and energy that make LIV Golf an inclusive experience for everyone,” said Ross Hallett, LIV Golf Executive Vice President, head of events.

STRONG PARTNERSHIPS AND PASSIONATE FANS

“We’re grateful to our hosts at Club de Golf Chapultepec, the home team Torque GC, the City of Mexico, the Salinas family, and most importantly the passionate fans whose support helps make this event so special as we build for the future in Mexico,” Hallett added. “We can’t wait to return in 2027 as we continue our mission to grow the game of golf around the world.”

STAR POWER ON AND OFF THE COURSE

LIV Golf Mexico City remains a cornerstone of the League’s global calendar, driven by the energy of the city and the support of Torque GC, featuring Mexican stars Abraham Ancer and Carlos Ortiz, alongside Chilean captain Joaquin Niemann and Colombia’s Sebastián Muñoz.

This week’s competition has also delivered standout performances from Spanish legend and two‑time major winner Jon Rahm (Legion XIII captain) and a trio of Fireballs GC stars — David Puig, Josele Ballester and Luis Masaveu — all entering the final round in contention for the individual title.

A FESTIVAL BEYOND GOLF

More than just a tournament, LIV Golf Mexico City has unfolded as a four‑day celebration of Mexican culture, blending sport with music, gastronomy, art and entertainment.

Fans have embraced the interactive Kids Zone and Fan Village, live cooking and mixology demonstrations, Alebrijes‑themed performances, and live concerts by global music acts Los Ángeles Azules and Sofi Tukker.
