Green Buffaloes romped to a 4-0 victory over Indeni in the MTN Super League on Sunday, the only winners on the day with the three other fixtures all finishing 1-1.

Merlin Kapela weaved his magic to score a brace of goals to go with strikes from Stephen Mutama and Christopher Kumwembe, as Buffaloes raced into a 4-0 lead inside 38 minutes.

it is a tough start to the campaign for Indeni, who have lost both their opening games and conceded six goals in the process.

ZANACO and Forest Rangers ended 1-1 after Isaac Shamujompa gave the former the lead, only for Rangers to rescue a point with a 90th minute strike from Cedric Djeougoue.

Nkana FC played to a 1-1 draw with Mutondo Stars as they were forced to come from behind to earn a point.

Titus Chansa gave Stars the lead but Charles Zulu equalised for Nkana with 20 minutes remaining. It is a second draw in as many games for Nkana this campaign.

Promoted Atletico Lusaka got their first point in the topflight in a 1-1 draw with NAPSA Stars, but they were denied a win by a late equaliser.

Atletico took a third minute lead through Benjamin Chisala but Zikiru Adams equalised at the death to rescue a point for Stars.
