TS Galaxy winger Puso Dithejane etched his name into the Betway Premiership history books with a sensational hattrick Galaxy’s 4-1 comeback win over Chippa United, marking his first-ever top-flight treble, and the first hat-trick of the 2025/26 league season.

⚽ How the Goals Came:
The 21-year-old, who hadn’t found the net in the league since 1 March 2025 against Golden Arrows, equalized in the 41st minute after a clever assist from Nhlanhla Mgaga.
He added his second in the 81st minute, heading home a cross from Qobolokwane Sibande, and sealed the historic treble with a stoppage-time goal in the 95th minute.
🎙️ SuperSport Studio Reaction
In the Betway Premiership studio wrap, Matthew Booth declared the hat-trick his pick for “Extra Time Moment of the Week,” calling it a “complete attacking display from a player who’s clearly ready to lead Galaxy’s charge.” Phumudzo Manenzhe reflected on Dithejane’s journey from the Kaizer Chiefs academy.
🔄 From Chiefs to Galaxy: A Story of Redemption
Dithejane’s rise has been anything but linear. Once a promising youth product at Kaizer Chiefs, he parted ways with the club under controversial circumstances. Sources close to the player cited a lack of clear development pathway and limited first-team opportunities as key reasons for his departure.
His move to TS Galaxy has since proven transformative, with head coach Sead Ramović giving him the freedom to express himself in attack and now, the results are showing.
🌟 Omega Mdaka: Another Chiefs Graduate Shining Elsewhere
Dithejane isn’t the only former Chiefs prospect making waves. Omega Mdaka, now at Stellenbosch FC, has emerged as a key figure in their midfield, recently earning Man of the Match honours in back-to-back games.
His composure, ball retention, and tactical maturity have made him one of the standout performers in the early stages of the season.
