Procter claims victory at Kyalami

The Blu label Unlimited Bushveld Tour once again delivered a thrilling showcase of South African golfing talent as Race to Q-School #7 concluded at Kyalami Country Club, running from 9-11 February.
The tournament, part of the highly competitive RTQS Series, brought together a strong field of professionals and elite amateurs competing for valuable points and momentum on the pathway toward the Sunshine Tour and international tours.
ROUND ONE SETS THE PACE

The opening round produced an exciting start, with Jacques Van der Merwe and Tristan Leonard sharing the early lead at -7.
Close behind them were several standout challengers, including Salomao Junior (a) at -5 Jaco Anderson (a) and Grant Ferreira at -4.
A tightly packed group at -3, featuring Liam Ross, Hannes Strooh (a), Travis Ladner, Travis Procter and Johan Theron were also in the hunt.
ROUND TWO BRINGS A SHIFT IN MOMENTUM
Round Two saw a major change at the top as Travis Procter surged into the outright lead on -9 (135).
Hot on his heels was Daniel Cronje, sitting in second at -8 (136), while the chasing pack remained within striking distance heading into the final day.
PROCTER SEALS THE TITLE IN THE FINAL ROUND
The final round delivered a strong finish, with Travis Procter holding his nerve to secure the championship and claim victory at -12 (204).
Wandre Snyman finished just one stroke behind in second place at -11 (205), while Brandon Pieters completed the podium in third at -10 (206).
