AmaTuks hope to end stalemate streak

With the University of Pretoria recording five consecutive draws in the Motsepe Foundation Championship so far, AmaTuks will face stern competition in South Africa’s first division this weekend in the form of Casric Stars on home soil.
The University of Pretoria are in search of their first victory of the campaign and will welcome log leaders Casric Stars to the Tuks Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Following a 1-1 draw with Kruger United last time out, the Pretoria side are currently 10th on the log, with five points to their name so far. Casric on the other hand, lead the way at the summit of the table after their 2-1 win against Lerumo Lions at the Solomon Mahlangu Stadium last week.
Elsewhere, second-placed Milford will go toe-to-toe with Baroka at the Mafori Mphahlele Stadium on Saturday.
Milford are one of the in-form teams in the league after five rounds and will head into their next game on a three-match winning streak which includes a 1-0 win against Cape Town City in their latest fixture.
While Baroka are in 12th place after picking up just one win in five games, Milford are one point (12) behind table toppers Casric Stars and stand a good chance of leading the pack following the latest round of Motsepe Foundation Championship fixtures.
