Ouaddou urges Pirates to stay consistent against Chippa

Questions were quickly raised about Ouaddou's appointment after the Buccaneers lost their opening two matches in the Betway Premiership before he guided them to a fourth consecutive MTN 8 title.
Pirates have been on a tear since then, winning seven of their next eight league encounters to close within three points of table-topping Mamelodi Sundowns with two games in hand.
Their only dropped points during that impressive run came in a 1-1 draw with the Brazilians and Ouaddou's side beat Golden Arrows 3-1 most recently on 5 November to move up to second place.
The Sea Robbers have also advanced to the Carling Knockout final where they will face Marumo Gallants on 6 December.
Chippa are still searching for their first victory under Vusumuzi Vilakazi, who has picked up one point from his opening two matches at the helm since replacing Luc Eymael on 22 October.

Vilakazi kicked off his tenure with a 3-0 defeat to AmaZulu on November 1 before claiming his first point in a 0-0 draw with Magesi three days later.
However, the Chilli Boys remain in the basement, two points behind Stellenbosch (15th) and a further one adrift of safety after 12 games.
What was said:
Orlando Pirates head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou
"I think they step by step get it, you can see that the players are on the project. It's very important to create the right environment of trust between the players and the staff and afterwards speak about tactics and speak about what we want to implement on the pitch.
"And I think since the beginning the guys understand exactly what are the expectations, you can see it. We want to score goals, we want to be disciplined tactically and you can see that Orlando Pirates is consistent, it's strong - it's not easy to score goals against us."
Players to watch:
Orlando Pirates - Tshepang Moremi has enjoyed a bright start to the Bucs career after making the switch from Usuthu in the off-season, scoring eight goals in 17 appearances across all competitions. The 25-year-old winger has started the last four league outings after being used primarily as a substitute initially and he's gone on to find the back of the net in every competition, including the winner against Richards Bay in the Carling Knockout semifinals.
Chippa United - Stanley Nwabali will be doing his best to keep Pirates at bay, but he's formed part of a porous defence that has shipped the second-most goals in the league this season (19). The 29-year-old goalkeeper has let in 16 of those, missing the 2-1 defeat to Polokwane City on September 21, although he has managed to keep three clean sheets in 11 starts.
