As one of the most in-form teams in the Motsepe Foundation Championship currently, Leicesterford City will take on Lerumo Lions in their latest league test as they eye up Milford and Casric Stars at the top of the table.

Leicesterford City have won each of their last three league obligations, with positive results against Black Leopards, Cape Town City and Highbury respectively.

The Mpumalanga side are scheduled to face Lerumo Lions in matchday eight on Saturday and currently sit in third position, four points adrift from the top.

Elsewhere, Casric Stars will hope to build on their 3-2 win against Hungry Lions last week when they face Highbury on Friday afternoon.

While Casric accumulated 17 points from their first seven matches, Milford trail the summit by one point and will be at home to Black Leopards on Friday as well.

Also, Cape Town City could record back-to-back wins in the Motsepe Foundation for the first time this season when they challenge The Bees on home soil on Saturday.

City bagged a 3-2 win over Midlands Wanderers at the Harry Gwala Stadium last weekend, a result that ended a two-match losing streak.
