City left frustrated yet again in latest MFC assignment

Cape Town City remain without a win in the 2025/26 Motsepe Foundation Championship after recording a frustrating 1-1 draw with Hungry Lions at the Mxolisi Dicky Jacobs Stadium on Saturday.
Following their 0-0 stalemate at home against Venda Football Academy last week, the Citizens struggled to get maximum points in Upington this weekend. Jaedin Rhodes gave his side the lead in the 55th minute, which was subsequently cancelled out by the hosts at the hour-mark.
